~ARE EYELASHES CRUELTY FREE?~

Our Faux Mink eyelashes are Cruelty-Free and Hypo-Allergenic. 

~CAN THE LASHES BE REUSED?~

All of our lashes can be reused (estimated 20-25 times) with proper care. We suggest cleaning your lashes and make-up tools before and after each application. This insures all lashes and tools stay properly sanitized.

~ARE ALL THE LASH BANDS ONE SIZE?~

All of our lash bands are one size & Light-Weight. We recommend to use Scissors or Eyelash Trimmers to customize the lash band to perfectly accent your eye.

We ship directly from the US! You can trust that your order will be processed and shipped in a timely and efficient manner! 

 

~WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING REGION?~

We currently only accept orders from The United States & Canada! International Shipping Coming Soon!

~WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?~

Kindly allow 1-5 days (weekends not included) for processing. Shipping typically takes 3-10 business days with USPS First Class Mail for United States of America orders. International shipping may take 8-24 business days. If you have not received a tracking number in within 72 hours please reach out to our support team at { help@420lashco.com }

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS? WHAT DO I DO? ~

If you have entered the wrong address please be sure to reach out to our customer service team at { help@420lashco.com }


If a tracking number has already been provided the package will be sent to the address listed on the order.  If a package is returned back to us the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 420 Lash Co will not be responsible for inaccurate/false information and not held responsible for package errors.
 
~WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN?~

~CAN I USE P.O BOX FOR SHIPPING?~

A  P.O box is an acceptable shipping address for US orders only. International orders may be requested for an alternative address.

Unfortunately due to health/sanitary concerns all sales are FINAL! There will be no return or exchange under any circumstances.

Our products are sold as is, subject to but not limited to artwork, merch and jewelry. All sales are FINAL!

Please include your Name, Order Number, and a photo of the Damaged and/or Defective item(s). Defective/Damaged item(s) must be addressed within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
